Called these guys for a hot water system as well as 2 other companies. These guys responded and installed a new hot water system in no time for us.

We have used Kane multiple times over the years. Him and Tyler are always punctual, they do the job to the highest standard and leave the site clean afterwards. Not only is he open and honest about pricing and what is involved, his pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend these guys to everyone looking for a great plumber.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Be cautious when dealing with this plumber. I agreed to pay $350 for a licensed plumber to investigate a flooding issue in my backyard and provide a detailed report. However, Kane did not attend the job himself—instead, he sent a 19-year-old boy. Kane also misrepresented the boy had five years of experience but the boy denied. In the end, he didn’t even bother to write a separate report but still expected to charge me the full $350. This is unprofessional and misleading, and I would not recommend his services. Avoid at all costs!

We have used Kane and Tyler multiple times over the years for our plumbing works. Nothing is ever too hard and the after sales service is perfect. From an emergency leaking tap all the way to our whole bathroom renovation with a new gas hot water heater Kane has helped us through every step. Keep up the good work guys. Cheers Jamie

Prompt, professional and friendly is Kane to a tee. His work is impeccable and completed in a timely manner, often with really short notice and out of regular hours, and communication and setting up work is as simple as a couple of texts.
